• Stephen Leah has over 20 years experience in the practice of architecture. Educated at the University of Manchester and Liverpool in England, Stephen has since worked for respected architectural practices in a senior design role and is conversant with all stages of the architectural process, from feasibility through to completion.

    During this time Stephen worked on architectural projects which varied from bespoke residences through to medium scale multi-unit developments. A particular focus on the concept design stage has exposed Stephen to the specifics of client briefs and the need to tailor innovative solutions to suit.

    Stephen established his own practice in 2006 which has allowed him to work on many varied and interesting projects. A focus on residential architecture has allowed Stephen to explore both simple and complex design solutions which are seen through to completion. Within this core work, Stephen has also worked on hotel and apartment design, multi-unit feasibility studies and small scale multi-unit development.

    Stephen’s experience working for an established architectural practice (Melbourne based) and within his own practice, has provided him with valuable local knowledge and extensive experience in conceiving and delivering projects.

  • Paul Martino has over 25 years experience in the property industry. Educated at the University of Melbourne, Paul has practised architecture for some of Australia’s most well-known and respected firms, across the entire life cycle of projects. He has a broad range of experience, both in Australia and Europe, which spans architecture, project design and development management .

    Paul’s architectural work ranges from bespoke private residences to large scale multi-unit developments. He has also been the project lead, from design through to delivery, on a number of commercial office buildings and a regional Victorian hospital.

    His work in project design and development management has led to the successful delivery of apartment hotels in Australia, Germany and Denmark for the Toga Group where he was also the European office’s Lead in Design and Branding. He has delivered multiple school projects as part of the Australian Government’s stimulus program, as well as acting in the role of development manager on a number of transport orientated projects within Melbourne.

    Paul brings a broad range of skills from his experience working in these roles to his architectural work, including the ability to undertake or assist with project feasibilities, marketing, project financing and procurement, as well as project costing and delivery.
